TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the BraveHouse website, digital platforms, programs, memberships, services, content, and related offerings. By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a service, or otherwise using BraveHouse offerings, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below.

1. About BraveHouse

BraveHouse is a faith-based organization providing biblical teaching, discipleship, education, mentorship, community experiences, events, digital resources, and related programs and services.
Certain paid BraveHouse programs, products, memberships, mentorship services, digital resources, and other commercial offerings are provided by BraveHouse Collective LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
References in these Terms to “BraveHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our” may refer to BraveHouse Collective LLC or the applicable BraveHouse program or service, depending on the context.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made through the BraveHouse website are payments for products, programs, memberships, content, or services and are not charitable contributions or tax-deductible donations.
2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the BraveHouse website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a product or service, participating in a membership or community, accessing digital content, or otherwise using a BraveHouse offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies or agreements applicable to the specific offering.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, enroll in, access, or use the applicable BraveHouse offering.
Certain programs and services may have additional agreements, policies, enrollment terms, or participation requirements. When additional terms apply, they form part of your agreement with BraveHouse.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account, enrolling in a program, completing a form, or making a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
BraveHouse memberships, Academy access, mentorship services, digital content, and other account-based offerings are intended for the individual who enrolled or purchased access unless BraveHouse expressly states otherwise.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide your login credentials or paid access to another person.
BraveHouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, shared without authorization, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms or applicable program policies.
Additional age or eligibility requirements may apply to individual BraveHouse programs or services and will be disclosed where applicable.
4. Programs, Services and Purchases

BraveHouse may offer programs, memberships, mentorship, educational experiences, events, digital resources, merchandise, and other products or services.
Descriptions, pricing, availability, schedules, instructors, mentors, program structures, features, and included resources may change from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our offerings. However, BraveHouse does not guarantee that every program, service, feature, instructor, event, resource, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
Purchasing or enrolling in one BraveHouse offering does not automatically provide access to other programs, memberships, events, resources, or services unless specifically included in the applicable purchase or enrollment description.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the details of an offering before completing their purchase.
5. Payments and Recurring Billing

Prices and applicable payment terms will be presented before purchase.
By providing a payment method and completing a transaction, you authorize BraveHouse and its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable amount according to the payment option you select.
Some BraveHouse offerings may be sold as one-time purchases, while others may involve recurring monthly or annual payments.
When you purchase a recurring subscription or payment plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the frequency and terms disclosed at checkout until the subscription ends or is canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing information.
Failure or decline of a payment may result in suspension or loss of access to the applicable program, membership, service, or content, subject to applicable law and the terms of the specific offering.
Additional payment, cancellation, and refund provisions are contained in the BraveHouse Refund & Cancellation Policy and any program-specific agreement applicable to your purchase.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, payments made to BraveHouse for programs, memberships, mentorship, events, digital products, services, or other paid offerings are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund and cancellation terms presented at checkout and any additional terms applicable to the specific offering you purchase.
Choosing not to participate, failing to attend, not completing a program, changing your mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failing to use purchased access does not entitle you to a refund.
Cancellation of a recurring membership or subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable plan terms but does not ordinarily result in a refund of amounts already paid.
BraveHouse may establish additional cancellation, scheduling, rescheduling, or no-show requirements for specific programs or services.
Please review the BraveHouse Refund & Cancellation Policy and any program-specific agreement before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

Unless otherwise stated, BraveHouse content is owned by or licensed to BraveHouse Collective LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This content may include, without limitation, teachings, curriculum, course materials, videos, recordings, study guides, worksheets, assessments, graphics, photographs, written materials, downloads, program frameworks, website content, logos, branding, and other original materials.
Purchasing or receiving access to BraveHouse content does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Unless BraveHouse expressly grants written permission otherwise, paid or members-only content is provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the individual who purchased or was granted access.
You may not copy, reproduce, record, screen-record, photograph for redistribution, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, publicly display, teach from, commercially exploit, or create substantially derivative materials from protected BraveHouse content without prior written authorization, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You may not share Academy curriculum, paid resources, private recordings, downloads, membership content, or account access with individuals who have not been authorized to receive them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable exceptions or limitations under copyright law.
8. User Conduct

BraveHouse is committed to maintaining respectful, safe, constructive, and faith-centered environments.
When participating in BraveHouse programs, memberships, groups, events, online communities, live sessions, mentorship, or other interactive experiences, participants are expected to communicate respectfully and refrain from conduct that disrupts or harms the community.
Prohibited conduct may include harassment, threats, bullying, discriminatory abuse, sexually inappropriate conduct, unlawful activity, fraudulent activity, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, intentionally disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording or distribution of private interactions, or misuse of another participant's personal information.
Participants must also respect the privacy and dignity of others. Personal stories, prayer requests, testimonies, discussions, or sensitive information shared by other participants should not be publicly distributed without appropriate permission.
BraveHouse reserves the right to moderate participation and, when reasonably necessary, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable Community Guidelines, subject to applicable law.
9. Faith-Based Content and Ministry Disclaimer

BraveHouse is expressly faith-based. Its teachings, programs, resources, events, communications, prayer opportunities, and community experiences may reflect a Christian biblical worldview and may include Scripture, prayer, spiritual formation, discipleship, testimony, ministry, and discussion of Christian beliefs.
Participation in BraveHouse offerings is voluntary.
Faith-based teaching, prayer, spiritual encouragement, testimony, or ministry provided through BraveHouse is intended for religious, educational, and informational purposes and should not be understood as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services when such services are needed.
BraveHouse does not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, relational, professional, financial, educational, physical, or other outcome from participation.
Each participant remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and for obtaining appropriate professional assistance when necessary.
10. Mentorship and Educational Disclaimer

BraveHouse mentorship, BraveHouse Academy, teaching, discipleship, coaching-style conversations, workshops, resources, and related educational services are intended to provide faith-based education, encouragement, mentorship, discipleship, and personal development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular provider or service, these offerings do not constitute psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical treatment, legal representation, financial advising, or other licensed professional services.
A BraveHouse mentor, instructor, leader, or ministry team member should not be assumed to be acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial adviser, or other regulated professional merely by providing a BraveHouse service.
Participants should seek appropriately qualified professionals for medical conditions, mental-health concerns, emergencies, legal matters, financial decisions, or other issues requiring licensed or specialized professional care.
BraveHouse does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions through its general mentorship, Academy, discipleship, or ministry offerings.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or similar licensed professional relationship.
Additional terms governing mentorship are contained in the BraveHouse Mentorship Agreement.
11. Testimonials and Results

BraveHouse may share testimonials, stories, reviews, ministry experiences, participant feedback, or examples of personal growth from individuals who have participated in BraveHouse programs, mentorship, events, communities, or other offerings.
These experiences are personal to the individuals involved and are not guarantees or representations that another participant will experience the same or similar results.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary based on numerous factors, including participation, circumstances, choices, effort, and other factors outside BraveHouse's control.
BraveHouse does not guarantee specific spiritual, personal, relational, educational, professional, financial, physical, or other results from any program, service, teaching, mentorship relationship, event, resource, or community.
Testimonials should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or typical results.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

BraveHouse may use or integrate third-party platforms, applications, payment processors, video services, communication tools, hosting providers, learning platforms, social networks, and other technologies to operate its website and provide programs or services.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
BraveHouse does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, security, functionality, performance, or policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BraveHouse is not responsible for outages, interruptions, changes, data loss, security incidents, service limitations, or other issues caused solely by independent third-party providers outside BraveHouse's reasonable control.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, opinions, or practices of those third parties.
13. Website Availability and Changes

BraveHouse strives to maintain reliable access to its website, programs, content, and digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, security concerns, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational needs.
BraveHouse may update, improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or reorganize website features, content, programs, services, schedules, resources, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.
Where a material change affects an existing paid offering, BraveHouse will handle the change in accordance with applicable law and any specific terms governing that purchase.
BraveHouse may also correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, pricing errors, or other mistakes appearing on the website.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BRAVEHOUSE WEBSITE, CONTENT, PROGRAMS, RESOURCES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
BRAVEHOUSE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE OR DIGITAL SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY ERROR OR TECHNICAL ISSUE WILL BE CORRECTED.
BRAVEHOUSE DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN A PROGRAM, MEMBERSHIP, MENTORSHIP SERVICE, EVENT, EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE, MINISTRY EXPERIENCE, OR USE OF BRAVEHOUSE CONTENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRAVEHOUSE COLLECTIVE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, MENTORS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE BRAVEHOUSE WEBSITE, CONTENT, PROGRAMS, SERVICES, EVENTS, COMMUNITIES, OR OTHER OFFERINGS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVEHOUSE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PAID PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO BRAVEHOUSE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
For free website content or services for which no payment was made, BraveHouse's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BraveHouse Collective LLC and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, mentors, volunteers, representatives, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
• your unlawful use or misuse of the BraveHouse website, programs, services, communities, or content;
• your material violation of these Terms or an applicable program agreement;
• your infringement or misappropriation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights through your use of BraveHouse services; or
• content or materials you submit, upload, publish, or distribute through a BraveHouse platform.
This provision does not require you to indemnify BraveHouse for claims arising from BraveHouse's own conduct to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Termination or Suspension of Access

BraveHouse reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a website account, program, membership, community, digital resource, event, or other offering when reasonably necessary because of:
• a material violation of these Terms or an applicable program agreement;
• harassment, threats, abuse, or seriously disruptive conduct;
• unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, distribution, or commercial use of BraveHouse content;
• fraudulent activity, misuse of payment systems, or unauthorized account access;
• conduct that creates a legitimate safety, security, legal, or operational concern; or
• other material violations of applicable BraveHouse policies.
When appropriate under the circumstances, BraveHouse may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating access. However, immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect participants, BraveHouse, its intellectual property, its systems, or others.
Termination or suspension for a participant's material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the specific terms governing the purchase provide otherwise.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after access ends.
18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or other mandatory law provides otherwise.
Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
19. Changes to These Terms

BraveHouse may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or policies.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the Terms will be revised.
Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law. When legally required or reasonably appropriate, BraveHouse may provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of BraveHouse services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Terms applicable to an existing purchase or contractual commitment will not be retroactively changed in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: August 8, 2026

BraveHouse is committed to clearly communicating the financial terms associated with our programs, memberships, mentorship, digital products, events, and other paid offerings. Because many BraveHouse offerings provide immediate access, reserved time, digital content, program access, or limited-capacity services, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

1. General No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by BraveHouse before purchase, payments made for BraveHouse programs, memberships, mentorship, events, digital products, resources, services, and other paid offerings are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable description, pricing, payment schedule, and terms and agree to the no-refund policy associated with the offering.
A refund will not ordinarily be provided because of:
• a change of mind;
• failure to participate or attend;
• failure to complete a program;
• scheduling conflicts or changes in personal availability;
• failure to use purchased access;
• dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference;
• changes in personal circumstances; or
• removal or suspension resulting from a material violation of applicable BraveHouse terms or policies.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

2. One-Time Purchases

Unless otherwise expressly stated before purchase, one-time payments for BraveHouse products, programs, mentorship packages, sessions, events, digital resources, and other services are final and non-refundable.
Purchasing an offering reserves or provides the applicable access, content, service, program participation, or other benefit described at the time of purchase.
Failure to use, schedule, attend, access, or complete the purchased offering does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
Any expiration period, scheduling deadline, participation requirement, or other condition specifically disclosed for a particular offering remains applicable to that purchase.

3. Recurring Memberships and Subscriptions

Certain BraveHouse offerings may be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Recurring charges continue according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout until the applicable subscription or membership is canceled or otherwise ends.
Cancellation of a recurring plan stops future renewals according to the applicable cancellation terms. Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for amounts already paid.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, access may continue through the end of the period already paid for following cancellation.
Participants are responsible for canceling recurring plans before the next scheduled renewal if they do not wish to incur another charge.
Cancellation of future renewal is different from requesting a refund of a payment that has already been processed.

4. BraveHouse Academy

BraveHouse Academy enrollment is non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This applies to both monthly and annual enrollment options.
Students who choose a monthly recurring enrollment option remain responsible for payments that have already been processed. Cancellation of the monthly enrollment prevents future renewals according to the applicable plan terms but does not ordinarily result in a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period.
Students who purchase an annual enrollment option receive access according to the terms of that annual enrollment. The annual payment is non-refundable and is not ordinarily prorated if a student chooses to stop participating before the enrollment period ends.
Failure to attend BraveHouse Academy Live, watch lessons, complete assessments, submit Growth Reflections, access curriculum, participate in community features, or complete the Academy program does not create a right to a refund.
Academy access may also be subject to the BraveHouse Academy Student Agreement, Terms & Conditions, enrollment terms, and applicable platform requirements.
If a student's access is suspended or terminated because of a material violation of applicable BraveHouse policies or agreements, amounts previously paid are not ordinarily refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

5. BraveHouse Collective Membership

BraveHouse Collective membership is offered as a recurring membership and is non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Members may cancel future renewal of their membership according to the cancellation process provided by BraveHouse.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective but does not ordinarily result in a refund or prorated credit for amounts already paid.
Unless otherwise stated, a member who cancels may continue to access applicable membership benefits through the end of the period already paid for.
Failure to participate in Collective gatherings, community discussions, resources, events, or other membership benefits does not create a right to a refund.
BraveHouse may suspend or terminate membership for a material violation of applicable Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines. Payments previously made are not ordinarily refundable when access is terminated because of a participant's material violation, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Mentorship Services and Programs

Payments for BraveHouse mentorship sessions, intensive sessions, and fixed-term mentorship programs are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Mentorship purchases may reserve mentor availability, scheduling capacity, program participation, preparation time, or other resources. For this reason, a participant's decision not to participate, failure to schedule within an applicable booking period, missed sessions, personal scheduling conflicts, or decision to discontinue participation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
Single mentorship sessions and intensive sessions must be scheduled within any booking period disclosed at the time of purchase.
Fixed-term mentorship programs may involve either a one-time payment or an agreed payment plan. A participant's decision to stop participating does not automatically cancel payment obligations associated with a fixed-term program when the applicable purchase terms establish a committed program term.
Specific scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, and participation requirements may be contained in the BraveHouse Mentorship Agreement or the terms presented for the mentorship offering.
Purchasing mentorship does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, relational, professional, financial, or other outcome.

7. Digital Products and Resources

Digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, study materials, guides, educational content, and other digital purchases are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Because digital content may become accessible immediately after purchase or delivery, all digital-product sales are considered final once access or delivery has been provided.
A participant's failure to download, view, open, complete, or otherwise use a digital product does not create a right to a refund.
If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents access to a purchased digital product, please contact BraveHouse so we can make reasonable efforts to restore or provide the purchased access.
Technical assistance or replacement access does not automatically create a right to a monetary refund.
Digital products remain subject to the intellectual-property and content-use provisions contained in the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions.

8. Events, Conferences and Retreats

Unless different terms are expressly disclosed for a particular event before registration, payments for BraveHouse events, conferences, retreats, workshops, and other ticketed experiences are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A participant's inability to attend because of scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, personal circumstances, transportation problems, weather affecting the participant's travel, or other circumstances outside BraveHouse's control does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
If BraveHouse cancels an event entirely and does not provide the purchased experience, BraveHouse will communicate the remedy available to registered participants in accordance with the event terms and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling, transfer, credit, replacement access, or a refund when appropriate or legally required.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than canceled, BraveHouse will communicate the options applicable to registered participants.
Participants are responsible for reviewing event-specific terms before making travel arrangements or other related purchases.
Unless BraveHouse expressly agrees otherwise in writing, BraveHouse is not responsible for a participant's separate travel, lodging, transportation, meal, or other expenses associated with attending an event.

9. Failed or Declined Payments

BraveHouse uses third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. In the event a payment is declined or fails for any reason, including expiration of a payment card, insufficient funds, or technical issues, access to the applicable BraveHouse program, membership, or service may be suspended until a valid payment is received. Participants are responsible for ensuring that billing and payment information remains current to avoid disruption. Failure to successfully process a recurring charge according to the agreed terms may also result in the cancellation of future access or membership, subject to applicable plan requirements.

10. Exceptional Circumstances and Applicable Law

While BraveHouse maintains a general no-refund policy, we recognize that exceptional legal requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law. In rare instances where a documented technical error on our part significantly prevents the delivery of a purchased service or product, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include technical support, credit, or other resolution as required by law.

11. How to Cancel a Recurring Plan

Participants may manage or cancel their recurring membership or Academy enrollment through their BraveHouse account settings or by following the specific cancellation instructions provided upon enrollment. To avoid the next scheduled charge, a cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future recurring payments from being processed but does not result in a refund for payments already made, and access will typically continue until the end of the current billing cycle already paid for.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions regarding this Refund & Cancellation Policy or a specific transaction, please contact BraveHouse through the Contact page on our website or by emailing our designated business address. When contacting us about a purchase, please provide the name used for the transaction and any relevant order or enrollment details so that we can appropriately review your inquiry.

BRAVEHOUSE ACADEMY STUDENT AGREEMENT

Last Updated: August 9, 2026

This Academy Student Agreement governs your enrollment and participation in BraveHouse Academy programs, including live sessions, curriculum access, mentorship components, and community engagement. By enrolling in the Academy, you agree to the standards of conduct, educational commitments, and financial terms outlined in this agreement. We are dedicated to providing a transformative, faith-centered educational experience that equips students to grow in their identity and purpose. This agreement ensures a clear understanding of expectations for both the student and the Academy to maintain a healthy and productive learning environment.

1. Purpose of BraveHouse Academy

BraveHouse Academy is a Christ-centered discipleship and Bible education program designed to help students develop a stronger biblical foundation, deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in spiritual maturity, understand their identity in Christ, become equipped for courageous Christian living, and apply biblical truth to everyday life.
The Academy is intended to support spiritual formation, biblical learning, discipleship, and personal growth. Participation requires the student's own engagement, reflection, study, and application.
BraveHouse Academy does not guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, educational, ministry, professional, or other outcome.

2. Faith-Based Nature of the Academy

BraveHouse Academy is expressly Christian and faith-based.
Academy teaching and participation may include Scripture, biblical instruction, prayer, worship, testimony, spiritual formation, discipleship, discussion of the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts, ministry, and other expressions of Christian faith consistent with BraveHouse's beliefs and mission.
Students understand that the Academy is not religiously neutral and that its curriculum and community experiences will be taught from a Christian biblical worldview.
Participation is voluntary. Enrollment constitutes acknowledgment of the faith-based nature of the Academy.
Students are not required to agree personally with every teaching or perspective expressed; however, all students are expected to interact respectfully with instructors, leaders, mentors, other students, and the faith-based nature of the program.

3. Enrollment and Student Accounts

Enrollment in BraveHouse Academy is intended for the individual student who registers and purchases or otherwise receives authorized access.
Students are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Academy accounts, memberships, curriculum access, videos, resources, and other student benefits may not be shared, transferred, sold, or provided to another individual unless BraveHouse expressly authorizes otherwise.
Students may not permit another person to use their account to access paid or private Academy content.
BraveHouse may take reasonable steps to protect student accounts and Academy content, including restricting or suspending access when unauthorized account sharing, fraudulent use, or another material violation of Academy policies is reasonably suspected.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to particular Academy offerings and will be communicated where applicable.

4. Academy Program Structure

BraveHouse Academy is organized as a progressive discipleship and Bible education journey.
The current Academy pathway may include:
• Foundational Essentials — Level 00
• Rooted — Level 01
• Equipped — Level 02
• Commissioned — Level 03
The Academy experience may include recorded teaching sessions, curriculum, study materials, assessments, Growth Reflections, BraveHouse Academy Live gatherings, community interaction, instructor or guiding support, and other educational or discipleship resources.
Students are encouraged to progress through the Academy in the intended sequence so that later material can build upon earlier foundations.
BraveHouse may reasonably update the structure, curriculum, instructors, delivery methods, scheduling, resources, or other program features over time in order to improve or administer the Academy.
Enrollment does not guarantee that every feature, instructor, schedule, resource, or delivery method will remain unchanged throughout the student's participation.

5. Payments and Enrollment Plans

BraveHouse Academy may offer different enrollment and payment options, including recurring monthly enrollment and annual enrollment.
The price, billing frequency, duration, included access, and other applicable financial terms will be disclosed before purchase.
By selecting an enrollment option and completing payment, the student authorizes the applicable charges according to the terms presented at checkout.
Students enrolled through a recurring plan are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or restriction of Academy access.
Cancellation of an eligible recurring enrollment option prevents future renewal according to the applicable plan terms but does not ordinarily provide a refund for payments already processed.
An annual enrollment payment is a commitment for the applicable annual enrollment period and is non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Certain technology, curriculum, learning-platform, or resource access may be provided through a third-party platform and may require a separate fee if that fee is clearly disclosed as part of the Academy enrollment process.
All Academy payments are also subject to the BraveHouse Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable enrollment terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

7. Student Participation and Responsibilities

BraveHouse Academy is designed to be an intentional discipleship and educational experience. Students are responsible for their own participation, engagement, learning, reflection, and application of Academy material.
Students are expected to:
• engage with Academy curriculum in good faith;
• complete lessons, assessments, Growth Reflections, or other applicable program requirements;
• communicate respectfully with instructors, leaders, mentors, and other students;
• respect the Christian faith-based nature of the Academy;
• protect the privacy and dignity of other participants;
• maintain the confidentiality and security of their student account;
• respect BraveHouse intellectual property;
• follow applicable Community Guidelines; and
• refrain from conduct that materially disrupts the learning or community environment.
Participation in the Academy does not guarantee completion, certification, personal transformation, ministry opportunity, employment, leadership placement, or any other particular outcome.
Students remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, participation, and application of information received through the Academy.

8. BraveHouse Academy Live

BraveHouse Academy Live may be offered as part of the Academy experience to provide students with opportunities for teaching, guidance, discussion, prayer, community, questions, spiritual growth, or other interactive experiences.
Academy Live is intended for authorized BraveHouse Academy students and other individuals expressly permitted by BraveHouse.
Students may not provide meeting links, access credentials, recordings, screenshots, transcripts, or other private Academy Live content to unauthorized individuals.
Unless BraveHouse expressly authorizes otherwise, students may not independently record, screen-record, livestream, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share Academy Live sessions.
Students participating in live sessions are expected to interact respectfully and avoid conduct that disrupts, harasses, threatens, humiliates, or compromises the privacy or safety of others.
Students should use discretion when voluntarily sharing personal information, testimonies, prayer requests, or other sensitive information during live or group discussions.
BraveHouse may establish additional participation, technology, moderation, recording, or conduct requirements for Academy Live.
Scheduling, frequency, format, instructors, hosts, and availability of Academy Live may change as reasonably necessary to administer the Academy.

9. Curriculum, Videos and Educational Materials

BraveHouse Academy provides access to a structured curriculum, which may include teaching videos, course materials, workbooks, study guides, assessments, Growth Reflections, and related digital resources. These materials are proprietary to BraveHouse Collective LLC and are provided for the personal discipleship and educational use of the enrolled student. Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to curriculum and videos is provided for the duration of the student's authorized enrollment. BraveHouse reserves the right to update, replace, or refine curriculum and materials to enhance the learning experience. Academy materials are delivered melalui authorized digital platforms, and students are responsible for maintaining the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to access them. Failure to access or complete curriculum components does not entitle a student to a refund or credit.

10. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Sharing

Unless otherwise stated, BraveHouse Academy curriculum and original content are owned by or licensed to BraveHouse Collective LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Enrollment provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Academy materials for the student's own authorized participation.
Unless BraveHouse provides prior written authorization or applicable law provides otherwise, students may not:
• copy or reproduce Academy curriculum for distribution;
• share or distribute teaching videos or private recordings;
• upload Academy materials to websites, social media, cloud-sharing services, online groups, artificial intelligence systems, databases, or other platforms for redistribution or unauthorized use;
• sell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit Academy content;
• share downloads, worksheets, assessments, study guides, or other protected materials with unauthorized individuals;
• provide another person with student login credentials or paid access;
• record or screen-record protected Academy content for redistribution;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• represent BraveHouse curriculum or materials as their own work; or
• reproduce or adapt substantial portions of Academy curriculum for use in another course, ministry program, training program, publication, or commercial offering without written authorization.
Students may discuss what they personally learn through BraveHouse Academy and apply biblical principles in their own lives. These restrictions are intended to protect BraveHouse's original curriculum and content, not to prevent students from discussing Scripture, biblical ideas, or their own personal growth and testimony.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit uses that BraveHouse cannot lawfully restrict under applicable intellectual property law.

11. Assessments and Growth Reflections
BraveHouse Academy may include assessments, questions, exercises, Growth Reflections, or other activities designed to encourage learning, understanding, personal reflection, spiritual growth, and application of Academy material.
Students are responsible for completing applicable Academy requirements honestly and in good faith.
Assessments and Growth Reflections are intended primarily for educational, discipleship, and personal-development purposes. They are not psychological evaluations, medical assessments, mental-health diagnoses, or professional clinical instruments.
Growth Reflections may invite students to consider personal experiences, beliefs, growth, goals, or areas of application. Students should use appropriate discretion when deciding what personal information to include.
Completion of required assessments, Growth Reflections, lessons, or other program components may be considered when determining whether a student has completed an Academy level or qualifies for a certificate of completion.
BraveHouse may reasonably update assessment or completion requirements as the Academy develops, provided that material changes affecting current students are communicated as appropriate.
12. Community Participation and Conduct
BraveHouse Academy is intended to foster a respectful, encouraging, Christ-centered learning community.
Students participating in Academy groups, discussions, live gatherings, community spaces, events, or other interactive experiences are expected to treat others with dignity and respect.
Students may not engage in harassment, threats, bullying, discriminatory abuse, sexually inappropriate conduct, unlawful activity, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized solicitation, intentional disruption, impersonation, or conduct that creates a legitimate safety or security concern.
Students should respect differences in personal background, experience, maturity, and perspective while maintaining appropriate respect for the Christian faith-based nature of BraveHouse Academy.
Academy community spaces may not be used to promote or sell unrelated products, services, businesses, ministries, fundraising efforts, or outside organizations without prior BraveHouse authorization.
Students are also expected to comply with the BraveHouse Community Guidelines.
BraveHouse reserves the right to moderate Academy spaces and take reasonable action when conduct materially violates Academy policies or interferes with the safety, integrity, or purpose of the community.
13. Privacy and Confidentiality
Academy participation may involve discussions, testimonies, prayer requests, personal reflections, questions, or other information voluntarily shared by students.
Students are expected to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants and should not publicly distribute another participant's personal story, prayer request, testimony, private communication, or sensitive information without appropriate permission.
Students should also use discretion regarding the personal information they choose to share in Academy Live, community groups, Growth Reflections, mentorship conversations, or other Academy interactions.
Although BraveHouse establishes confidentiality and conduct expectations for participants, BraveHouse cannot guarantee that another student or participant will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed to them.
BraveHouse may access, review, use, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to administer the Academy, provide requested support, enforce applicable policies, protect legitimate safety or security interests, comply with applicable law, or otherwise as described in the BraveHouse Privacy Policy.
Students should not use Academy community spaces or prayer channels to request emergency assistance. Individuals experiencing an emergency should contact appropriate local emergency or professional services.
14. Instructors, Mentors and Academy Guidance
BraveHouse Academy may include teaching, guidance, feedback, prayer, discussion, mentorship-style interaction, or other forms of support from instructors, leaders, mentors, facilitators, or ministry team members.
The role of these individuals is to support the educational, discipleship, and faith-based purposes of the Academy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific individual or service, participation in BraveHouse Academy does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.
Students remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, spiritual discernment, personal application, and use of information received through the Academy.
Students should seek appropriately qualified professional assistance when dealing with medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other matters that require licensed or specialized professional care.
BraveHouse may change instructors, mentors, facilitators, or other Academy personnel when reasonably necessary to administer or improve the program.
15. Educational and Ministry Disclaimer
BraveHouse Academy is an educational, discipleship, and faith-based ministry program.
Its teachings, resources, discussions, prayer, spiritual guidance, and other Academy experiences are intended for biblical education, discipleship, spiritual formation, encouragement, and personal development.
Academy content does not constitute medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services unless expressly provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within the scope of that professional role.
BraveHouse Academy does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental-health conditions through its general educational, mentorship, discipleship, or ministry offerings.
Students should not delay or avoid seeking appropriate professional care because of information received through BraveHouse Academy.
BraveHouse does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, relational, educational, professional, financial, physical, ministry, or other outcome from participation in the Academy.
Students remain responsible for evaluating and applying Academy content in light of their own circumstances and for seeking appropriate professional assistance when necessary.
16. Certificates and Program Completion
BraveHouse Academy may issue certificates of completion to students who satisfy the applicable completion requirements established for the Academy or a particular Academy level.
Enrollment, payment, or access to Academy content alone does not automatically guarantee completion or issuance of a certificate.
Completion requirements may include, as applicable, completing required lessons, curriculum, assessments, Growth Reflections, or other designated program components.
Certificates issued by BraveHouse Academy recognize completion of a BraveHouse educational and discipleship program. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not represent an accredited academic degree, state-issued professional license, professional certification, ordination, or governmental credential.
A BraveHouse Academy certificate does not guarantee employment, ministry placement, leadership appointment, professional qualification, admission to another educational institution, or recognition by another organization.
BraveHouse may reasonably establish and update completion requirements as the Academy develops. Material changes affecting students already progressing toward completion will be communicated as appropriate.
17. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
BraveHouse Academy may use third-party websites, applications, learning platforms, video services, communication tools, payment processors, or other technology to provide Academy content and experiences.
Students may be required to create or maintain accounts with certain third-party providers or comply with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
BraveHouse does not control independent third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, performance, security, features, or policies.
Temporary outages, maintenance, internet disruptions, device incompatibility, or third-party technical problems may occasionally affect access to Academy content.
Students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, compatible devices, and any other basic technology reasonably necessary to participate in online Academy experiences.
If a technical issue materially prevents access to purchased Academy content, students should contact BraveHouse so reasonable efforts can be made to identify or restore the applicable access.
18. Suspension or Removal from the Academy
BraveHouse may restrict, suspend, or terminate a student's Academy access when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of this Student Agreement, the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or other applicable Academy policies.
Reasons may include:
• unauthorized sharing of student accounts or paid Academy access;
• copying, recording, distributing, selling, or otherwise misusing protected Academy content;
• harassment, threats, abuse, or seriously disruptive conduct;
• fraudulent activity or misuse of payment systems;
• conduct creating a legitimate safety, security, legal, or operational concern;
• repeated or material disregard of Academy community standards; or
• other material violations of applicable BraveHouse agreements or policies.
When appropriate under the circumstances, BraveHouse may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating access.
Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect students, participants, BraveHouse personnel, intellectual property, systems, or others.
Suspension or removal resulting from a student's material violation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Termination of Academy access does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred under an applicable enrollment or payment agreement.
19. Changes to the Academy
BraveHouse may periodically update, improve, modify, reorganize, or discontinue aspects of BraveHouse Academy as reasonably necessary to administer, develop, or improve the program.
Changes may include curriculum updates, lesson revisions, instructor or facilitator changes, scheduling adjustments, technology changes, updated assessments or Growth Reflections, community features, delivery methods, or other program elements.
BraveHouse does not guarantee that every feature, instructor, resource, schedule, platform, or delivery method available at the time of enrollment will remain unchanged throughout a student's participation.
When a material change substantially affects an existing paid enrollment, BraveHouse will address the change in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing that enrollment.
Nothing in this section permits BraveHouse to retroactively alter a student's existing contractual obligations or rights in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
20. Agreement and Contact Information
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in BraveHouse Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this BraveHouse Academy Student Agreement and the other BraveHouse policies and terms applicable to your enrollment.
These may include the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any enrollment or payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
If a specific Academy enrollment term conflicts with this Student Agreement, the more specific term will control with respect to that particular issue, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

BRAVEHOUSE MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

BraveHouse mentorship provides faith-based guidance, encouragement, discipleship, personal development, and intentional support designed to help participants move forward with greater clarity, courage, and purpose.
This Mentorship Agreement establishes the terms, expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries that apply to participation in BraveHouse mentorship. By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in a BraveHouse mentorship offering, you acknowledge and agree to this Mentorship Agreement together with the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable terms.

1. Purpose of BraveHouse Mentorship

BraveHouse mentorship is a faith-based relationship intended to provide encouragement, guidance, discipleship, accountability, personal development, spiritual support, and intentional conversation.
Mentorship may help participants explore areas such as personal growth, identity, faith, purpose, relationships, leadership, decision-making, spiritual formation, goals, and moving forward through seasons of life.
Mentorship is collaborative in nature. A mentor may provide perspective, ask questions, share biblical principles, pray with or for a participant, offer encouragement, suggest resources, or help a participant identify possible next steps.
The participant remains responsible for their own choices, actions, decisions, wellbeing, spiritual discernment, and application of information discussed during mentorship.
Participation in BraveHouse mentorship does not guarantee a particular personal, spiritual, relational, professional, financial, ministry, or other outcome.

2. Faith-Based Nature of Mentorship

BraveHouse mentorship is expressly Christian and faith-based.
Mentorship conversations may include Scripture, prayer, biblical teaching, spiritual formation, discipleship, testimony, discussion of Christian beliefs, spiritual gifts, personal faith, and other expressions of a Christian biblical worldview.
Participants understand that BraveHouse mentorship is not religiously neutral and that faith may be integrated into mentorship conversations and guidance.
Participation is voluntary. Purchasing or participating in BraveHouse mentorship constitutes acknowledgment of its faith-based nature.
Participants are free to make their own personal decisions and are responsible for exercising their own judgment and spiritual discernment regarding any guidance, perspective, prayer, encouragement, or information received through mentorship.

3. Types of Mentorship Offerings

BraveHouse may offer different mentorship formats depending on availability and program design.
These may include individual mentorship sessions, extended or intensive sessions, fixed-term mentorship journeys, recurring mentorship experiences, group mentorship, or other mentorship formats.
Specific offerings may vary in duration, frequency, mentor access, included resources, communication methods, scheduling requirements, payment structure, and program length.
The description and terms presented for the particular mentorship offering at the time of purchase form part of the participant's agreement with BraveHouse.
Purchasing one mentorship offering does not automatically provide access to other BraveHouse programs, memberships, Academy content, events, resources, or mentorship services unless expressly included.
BraveHouse may reasonably add, modify, replace, or discontinue mentorship formats over time.

4. Mentor Assignment and Availability

BraveHouse mentorship may be provided by Heidi Christine or another BraveHouse mentor, depending on the mentorship offering purchased, mentor availability, participant needs, and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a mentorship offering does not guarantee access to a particular mentor unless the applicable offering expressly identifies that mentor as part of the purchased service.
Mentor availability may vary because of scheduling, travel, illness, ministry responsibilities, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances.
When reasonably necessary, BraveHouse may reschedule a session, provide an alternative available mentor when appropriate, or make other reasonable adjustments to the delivery of mentorship.
Participants may not transfer, assign, sell, or give their mentorship session or program access to another individual without prior BraveHouse authorization.
A mentorship relationship is personal to the authorized participant and does not automatically include mentorship, counseling, guidance, or services for spouses, family members, friends, employees, or other individuals.

5. Scheduling and Booking Requirements

BraveHouse mentorship sessions must be scheduled according to the booking instructions, availability, and scheduling requirements provided for the mentorship offering purchased.
Participants are responsible for scheduling their sessions within any booking period or program timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.
Available appointment times may vary and are not guaranteed until a session is successfully scheduled or otherwise confirmed by BraveHouse.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for reviewing appointment confirmations, scheduling communications, meeting links, time zones, and other information associated with their session.
If a mentorship offering includes multiple sessions, participants are responsible for scheduling and using those sessions within the applicable program period unless BraveHouse expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Failure to schedule or use a mentorship session within an applicable booking period does not ordinarily create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or replacement session.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows

Participants who need to reschedule a mentorship session should follow the rescheduling process provided by BraveHouse and provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
Any specific rescheduling deadline or limitation disclosed at the time of booking or purchase applies to that mentorship offering.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, failure to attend a scheduled session, or arriving too late for the session to reasonably proceed may result in the session being considered used or forfeited, subject to the applicable booking terms.
BraveHouse is not obligated to provide a replacement session when a participant misses or forgets a scheduled appointment.
If BraveHouse must reschedule a session because of mentor illness, emergency, scheduling conflict, travel, ministry responsibility, or another circumstance affecting mentor availability, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment.
Rescheduling a session does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.

7. Payments and Fixed-Term Commitments

The price, payment schedule, program duration, and other financial terms applicable to a mentorship offering will be disclosed before purchase.
Some mentorship offerings may be purchased through a single payment, while others may permit payments to be made according to an agreed payment schedule.
A payment plan for a fixed-term mentorship program is a method of paying for the committed program and should not be interpreted as a month-to-month subscription that may automatically be ended simply by discontinuing participation.
When a participant agrees to a fixed-term mentorship program with scheduled installment payments, the participant remains responsible for payments required under the applicable purchase terms, even if the participant later chooses not to participate in or complete the program, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by BraveHouse in writing.
Participants are responsible for maintaining an accurate and valid payment method when recurring or scheduled payments are required.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of mentorship services or access until the account is brought current.
The participant remains responsible for authorized amounts properly due under the applicable mentorship agreement or purchase terms.

8. No-Refund Policy

Payments for BraveHouse mentorship offerings are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This no-refund policy applies to individual mentorship sessions, intensive sessions, fixed-term mentorship programs, payment plans, and other paid mentorship offerings unless different terms are expressly provided in writing for a particular offering.
A participant's decision not to schedule, attend, participate in, continue, or complete mentorship does not ordinarily create a right to a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement.
Personal scheduling conflicts, changes in circumstances, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, failure to use purchased mentorship services, or a participant's decision to discontinue a fixed-term mentorship program do not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
If BraveHouse must reschedule a mentorship session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment. A rescheduled session does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for engaging in BraveHouse mentorship honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.
Participants are expected to:
• provide accurate information reasonably necessary for mentorship participation;
• attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared to participate;
• communicate respectfully with mentors, BraveHouse personnel, and other participants;
• maintain appropriate boundaries in communications and interactions;
• respect the privacy and confidentiality of others;
• refrain from recording mentorship sessions without prior authorization;
• refrain from harassment, threats, abuse, discriminatory misconduct, fraudulent activity, or other seriously disruptive behavior;
• comply with applicable BraveHouse policies and mentorship terms; and
• take personal responsibility for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, spiritual discernment, and application of mentorship guidance.
Participants should communicate relevant scheduling or participation concerns as promptly as reasonably possible.
Participants are responsible for determining whether BraveHouse mentorship is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for seeking qualified professional assistance when their needs fall outside the scope of mentorship.
Participation in mentorship does not transfer responsibility for a participant's personal choices, relationships, finances, health, safety, spiritual decisions, professional decisions, or other life circumstances to BraveHouse or the mentor.

10. Communication and Mentorship Boundaries

BraveHouse mentorship is provided within reasonable professional and ministry boundaries.
The communication and access included with a mentorship offering are limited to what is expressly described for that offering. Purchasing mentorship does not provide unlimited access to a mentor by telephone, text message, email, social media, direct message, video call, or other communication method.
Participants should use the communication methods provided by BraveHouse for scheduling, mentorship-related questions, and other appropriate contact.
Mentors are not required to respond immediately or to remain continuously available outside scheduled mentorship sessions or expressly included communication.
Response times may vary because of scheduling, weekends, holidays, travel, ministry responsibilities, personal responsibilities, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances.
Participants may not use mentorship access to engage in harassment, excessive or inappropriate contact, threats, manipulation, boundary violations, or other conduct that interferes with a mentor's privacy, safety, or ability to provide mentorship appropriately.
BraveHouse may establish or modify reasonable communication boundaries when necessary to protect the wellbeing, privacy, effectiveness, and integrity of the mentorship relationship.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

Some BraveHouse mentorship experiences may include group sessions, shared discussions, community interaction, or other settings in which multiple participants are present.
Participants in group or shared mentorship settings are expected to respect the privacy, dignity, experiences, stories, prayer requests, and personal information of other participants.
Participants may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly share another participant's personal information, statements, image, voice, testimony, or private contributions without appropriate permission.
Because information shared in a group setting is disclosed to other participants, BraveHouse cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared within the group.
Participants should therefore use appropriate discretion when deciding what personal, sensitive, or confidential information to disclose in a group mentorship environment.
BraveHouse may establish additional confidentiality, participation, moderation, recording, and conduct requirements for group mentorship experiences.

12. Group or Shared Mentorship Settings

13. No Therapist-Client or Professional Relationship

BraveHouse mentorship is a faith-based mentorship and discipleship service and is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, medical treatment, legal representation, financial advising, or another licensed professional service.
Participation in BraveHouse mentorship does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-patient, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.
A BraveHouse mentor may provide encouragement, biblical perspective, prayer, personal-development guidance, discipleship, questions for reflection, accountability, or other mentorship support within the scope of the mentorship relationship.
Mentors do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions through BraveHouse mentorship and do not provide professional services outside the scope of their applicable qualifications.
Participants remain responsible for determining when their circumstances require assistance from an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.
Nothing communicated through BraveHouse mentorship should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other specialized advice when such assistance is appropriate.

14. Medical and Mental-Health Disclaimer

BraveHouse mentorship is not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, medication management, or other services provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
Information, prayer, spiritual guidance, encouragement, or personal-development discussion provided through mentorship should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a medical or mental-health condition.
Participants should not discontinue medication, treatment, therapy, medical care, or other professional services based solely on information or experiences received through BraveHouse mentorship.
Participants experiencing physical or mental-health concerns should seek appropriate guidance from qualified healthcare or mental-health professionals.
BraveHouse does not guarantee that mentorship, prayer, spiritual practices, or other faith-based activities will produce a particular medical, psychological, emotional, or physical result.
Nothing in BraveHouse mentorship is intended to discourage a participant from obtaining appropriate professional care.

15. Crisis and Emergency Situations

BraveHouse mentorship is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical, or mental-health service and is not designed to provide immediate assistance during an emergency.
Participants should not rely on a BraveHouse mentor, mentorship communication channel, prayer request, email, text message, social media message, or other BraveHouse service for emergency assistance.
If a participant believes that they or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, the participant should contact appropriate local emergency services or qualified emergency professionals.
BraveHouse mentors are not expected to provide continuous monitoring, emergency intervention, crisis management, or immediate responses outside the scope of scheduled mentorship services.
When BraveHouse reasonably believes that information disclosed during mentorship presents a serious and immediate safety concern, BraveHouse may take reasonable action or disclose information as permitted or required by applicable law.

16. Spiritual Guidance and Personal Decisions

BraveHouse mentorship may include prayer, Scripture, spiritual encouragement, biblical perspective, discussion of spiritual discernment, or other faith-based guidance.
Participants understand that spiritual guidance involves matters of personal faith, conscience, interpretation, and discernment.
A mentor may share perspectives, questions, impressions, encouragement, or prayer, but the participant remains responsible for evaluating what is shared and making their own decisions.
Participants should not interpret mentorship guidance, prayer, spiritual impressions, prophetic encouragement, or other faith-based communication as removing their responsibility to exercise personal judgment, wisdom, discernment, and appropriate professional consultation when necessary.
BraveHouse and its mentors do not assume responsibility for decisions a participant makes regarding relationships, marriage, family, employment, finances, relocation, ministry, healthcare, education, legal matters, or other significant life circumstances.
Participants are encouraged to consider Scripture, wisdom, appropriate counsel, relevant facts, professional guidance when necessary, and their own responsible discernment when making significant decisions.

17. Results and No Guarantees

BraveHouse mentorship is intended to provide support, encouragement, guidance, discipleship, and opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary significantly based on circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, application, and factors outside BraveHouse's control.
BraveHouse does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, relational, professional, financial, physical, ministry, leadership, or other result from mentorship.
Testimonials, stories, examples, or experiences shared by BraveHouse, mentors, or participants represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another participant will experience the same or similar results.
Participation in mentorship does not guarantee resolution of a particular problem, achievement of a particular goal, improvement of a relationship, financial success, professional advancement, ministry opportunity, healing, or any other specific outcome.

18. Conduct, Suspension and Termination

Participants are expected to interact respectfully with BraveHouse mentors, personnel, and other participants and to comply with this Mentorship Agreement and other applicable BraveHouse policies.
BraveHouse may establish reasonable boundaries or take appropriate action when participant conduct materially interferes with the safety, integrity, effectiveness, or appropriate operation of mentorship services.
BraveHouse may restrict, suspend, or terminate mentorship participation because of material policy violations, harassment, threats, abusive behavior, repeated boundary violations, fraudulent activity, unauthorized recording or distribution of private content, unlawful conduct, legitimate safety concerns, or other serious misconduct.
When appropriate under the circumstances, BraveHouse may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a concern before terminating participation.
Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect a participant, mentor, BraveHouse personnel, other individuals, systems, property, or legitimate legal or safety interests.
Suspension or termination resulting from a participant's material violation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund and does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred under an applicable fixed-term mentorship agreement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Changes to Mentorship Services

BraveHouse may periodically update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue aspects of its mentorship services as reasonably necessary.
Changes may include mentorship formats, scheduling systems, communication methods, program resources, mentor availability, technology, administrative processes, or other service features.
BraveHouse does not guarantee that every mentor, feature, resource, schedule, communication method, or delivery format available at the time of purchase will remain unchanged.
When a material change substantially affects an existing paid mentorship commitment, BraveHouse will address the change in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section permits BraveHouse to retroactively alter a participant's existing contractual rights or obligations in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

20. Agreement and Contact Information

By purchasing, scheduling, accessing, or participating in BraveHouse mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this BraveHouse Mentorship Agreement and other policies and terms applicable to your mentorship offering.
These may include the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and specific purchase, scheduling, or payment terms presented for the mentorship offering.
If specific written terms for a mentorship offering conflict with this general Mentorship Agreement, the more specific terms will control with respect to that particular issue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Questions regarding this Mentorship Agreement or BraveHouse mentorship policies may be submitted through the Contact page on the BraveHouse website or through the designated BraveHouse business email address.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

BraveHouse is committed to creating welcoming, respectful, faith-centered environments where people can learn, grow, connect, receive encouragement, and participate in community with dignity and care.
These Community Guidelines apply to participation in BraveHouse community spaces and interactive experiences, including applicable online groups, live gatherings, Academy communities, mentorship groups, events, discussions, comments, and other BraveHouse-operated community environments.
By participating in a BraveHouse community space, you agree to interact respectfully, honor appropriate boundaries, protect the privacy and dignity of others, and comply with these Community Guidelines together with any other terms or policies applicable to the particular BraveHouse program or service.

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines are intended to help create BraveHouse environments that are respectful, safe, constructive, and consistent with the purpose and values of the community.
They establish expectations for how participants communicate, interact, share information, and engage with BraveHouse leaders, mentors, instructors, team members, and other participants.
These Guidelines apply alongside the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions and any program-specific agreements or policies. Additional expectations may apply to particular programs, events, groups, or services.
BraveHouse may reasonably moderate its community spaces and address conduct that materially violates these Guidelines or interferes with the safety, integrity, or intended purpose of the community.

2. Respect and Dignity

BraveHouse community members are expected to treat one another with dignity, kindness, respect, and appropriate consideration.
Disagreement may occur within a diverse community, but participants should communicate in a manner that remains respectful and constructive.
Personal attacks, humiliation, intimidation, bullying, degrading treatment, targeted hostility, or intentionally disruptive behavior are not appropriate within BraveHouse community spaces.
Participants are expected to respect reasonable personal boundaries and refrain from conduct that interferes with another person's ability to participate safely and meaningfully in the community.
BraveHouse encourages communication that reflects grace, wisdom, honesty, accountability, and care for others.

3. Faith-Based Community

BraveHouse is a Christian faith-based organization, and its community environments may include Scripture, prayer, worship, biblical teaching, testimony, spiritual encouragement, discussion of the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts, and other expressions of Christian faith.

Participants are not required to share the same beliefs or agree with every perspective expressed in order to engage respectfully in applicable public BraveHouse spaces. However, participants are expected to respect the Christian identity, beliefs, mission, and purpose of BraveHouse.

Questions, thoughtful discussion, and respectful differences of perspective are welcome when expressed in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Community Guidelines.

Conduct intended primarily to mock, demean, harass, repeatedly disrupt, or deliberately undermine the faith-based purpose of a BraveHouse community space may be moderated or restricted.

BraveHouse seeks to maintain environments where people can explore faith, grow spiritually, ask sincere questions, and interact with others while being treated with dignity and respect.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the privacy, dignity, and personal information of others within BraveHouse community spaces.

Personal stories, testimonies, prayer requests, private conversations, photographs, recordings, contact information, or other sensitive information shared by another participant should not be copied, recorded, published, distributed, or shared outside the applicable community setting without appropriate permission.

Participants should use discretion when choosing what personal or sensitive information to share in groups, live gatherings, comments, discussions, prayer requests, or other community interactions.

Although BraveHouse establishes privacy and confidentiality expectations for participants, BraveHouse cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed within a group or community environment.

BraveHouse may access, review, preserve, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to administer its services, enforce applicable policies, protect legitimate safety or legal interests, or comply with applicable law, as further described in the BraveHouse Privacy Policy.

5. Harassment, Threats and Abusive Conduct

BraveHouse does not permit harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, abusive conduct, targeted hostility, or other behavior that creates a legitimate safety concern or materially interferes with another person's ability to participate in the community.

Participants may not engage in discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual conduct, repeated unwanted contact, credible threats of harm, deliberate humiliation, or the encouragement of violence or unlawful activity.

Participants must respect reasonable requests to discontinue unwanted personal contact or communication.

BraveHouse may restrict, remove, suspend, or otherwise address participation when conduct reasonably appears to violate these standards or presents a legitimate concern for the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of participants, BraveHouse personnel, or others.

Serious threats, suspected unlawful activity, or circumstances involving immediate safety concerns may be referred to appropriate authorities or emergency services when reasonably necessary or required by applicable law.

6. Appropriate Content and Communication

Participants are expected to communicate and share content in a manner that is appropriate for the purpose, audience, and faith-based nature of the applicable BraveHouse community space.

Content or communication that is obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, threatening, intentionally deceptive, unlawfully discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful is not permitted.

Participants should avoid excessive posting, spam, repeated disruptive messages, impersonation, manipulation, or other conduct that materially interferes with meaningful community participation.

Participants may not knowingly share malicious links, harmful files, unauthorized personal information, or content intended to compromise another person's account, device, privacy, or security.

BraveHouse may moderate, restrict, or remove content that reasonably violates these Community Guidelines or is materially inconsistent with the safety, integrity, or intended purpose of the applicable community environment.

7. Solicitation, Promotion and Fundraising

BraveHouse community spaces are intended primarily for connection, discipleship, learning, encouragement, and participation in the applicable BraveHouse program or community experience.

Participants may not use BraveHouse community spaces to advertise, market, sell, recruit for, or promote unrelated businesses, products, services, organizations, ministries, events, memberships, programs, or other commercial or promotional activities without prior authorization from BraveHouse.

Participants may not solicit donations, conduct fundraising campaigns, request financial assistance from other participants, promote crowdfunding efforts, or collect money through BraveHouse community spaces without prior BraveHouse authorization.

Participants also may not use community access primarily to obtain contact information, recruit participants into outside groups or programs, or repeatedly send unsolicited promotional messages.

BraveHouse may remove unauthorized promotional or fundraising content and may restrict participation when solicitation materially interferes with the purpose, privacy, or integrity of the community.

8. Intellectual Property and Sharing Content

Participants are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of BraveHouse and others.

BraveHouse teachings, curriculum, videos, recordings, graphics, written materials, downloads, frameworks, branding, and other original content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to BraveHouse community spaces does not grant participants ownership of BraveHouse content or permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit protected materials unless expressly authorized.

Participants may not share private group content, paid resources, restricted recordings, screenshots, downloads, or other protected BraveHouse materials with unauthorized individuals.

Participants are also responsible for ensuring that content they submit or share does not knowingly violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Nothing in these Guidelines is intended to prevent participants from discussing Scripture, biblical principles, their own personal experiences, or ideas that are not legally owned or restricted by BraveHouse.

9. Safety and Emergencies

BraveHouse community spaces, prayer channels, mentorship communications, online groups, and other community features are not emergency, crisis-response, medical, or mental-health services.

Participants should not rely on BraveHouse community spaces, leaders, mentors, instructors, volunteers, or other participants to provide immediate assistance during an emergency or crisis.

If a participant believes that they or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, the participant should contact appropriate local emergency services or qualified emergency professionals.

BraveHouse may take reasonable action when information shared within a community environment presents a serious and immediate safety concern, including restricting access, preserving relevant information, contacting appropriate authorities or emergency services, or making disclosures permitted or required by applicable law.

Participants should not knowingly use BraveHouse community spaces to make false emergency reports, threats, or other communications intended to create unnecessary fear or disruption.

10. Moderation, Suspension and Removal

BraveHouse may reasonably moderate its community spaces in order to protect participants, maintain appropriate boundaries, enforce applicable policies, and preserve the purpose and integrity of the community.

BraveHouse may review, restrict, remove, or disable content that reasonably appears to violate these Community Guidelines, applicable program terms, or applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, BraveHouse may provide a warning, limit certain community privileges, temporarily suspend participation, or permanently remove a participant from a particular community space or BraveHouse program.

Immediate restriction or removal may occur when reasonably necessary because of serious misconduct, threats, harassment, abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, significant privacy or security concerns, repeated boundary violations, or conduct presenting a legitimate safety concern.

BraveHouse will exercise reasonable discretion when addressing community concerns. Suspension or removal resulting from a participant's material violation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund for paid programs or services, except where otherwise required by applicable law or applicable program terms.

11. Reporting Concerns

Participants who experience or observe conduct that may violate these Community Guidelines are encouraged to report the concern to BraveHouse through the appropriate contact or reporting method provided on the BraveHouse website or within the applicable community space.

When submitting a report, participants should provide accurate information and, when reasonably available, sufficient details to help BraveHouse understand and review the concern.

BraveHouse may review reported concerns and take reasonable action based on the circumstances, available information, applicable policies, and legal obligations.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome, disciplinary action, response time, or resolution.

Participants should not knowingly submit false, misleading, retaliatory, or malicious reports about another person.

Reports involving an immediate emergency or imminent danger should be directed to appropriate local emergency services rather than relying solely on BraveHouse's reporting process.

12. Changes to These Guidelines

BraveHouse may update or revise these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in its programs, community features, practices, technology, legal requirements, or operational needs.

When these Guidelines are updated, the revised version may be posted in the BraveHouse Legal Center with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable methods when appropriate.

Continued participation in BraveHouse community spaces after updated Guidelines become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants are encouraged to review these Community Guidelines periodically to remain informed about current community expectations.

13. Agreement and Contact Information

By accessing or participating in a BraveHouse community space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Community Guidelines and other BraveHouse terms and policies applicable to your participation.

These may include the BraveHouse Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Academy Student Agreement, Mentorship Agreement, and any program-specific terms that apply to the particular BraveHouse service or community.

If specific written terms for a BraveHouse program conflict with these general Community Guidelines, the more specific terms will control with respect to that particular issue to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how BraveHouse uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or interact with the BraveHouse website and certain related online services.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the website, remember preferences, understand how visitors interact with the site, improve performance and functionality, and support services provided through the website.

Because the BraveHouse website is built and hosted using Wix and may integrate with other third-party services, some cookies or similar technologies may be placed or managed by Wix or other service providers rather than directly by BraveHouse.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the BraveHouse Privacy Policy, which provides additional information about how personal information may be collected, used, and protected.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that websites may place or store on a visitor's browser or device when the visitor accesses or uses a website.

Cookies can perform different functions, such as enabling essential website features, remembering preferences, maintaining sessions, improving functionality, and helping website operators understand how visitors interact with their websites.

Some cookies exist only during a browsing session and are removed when the browser is closed, while others may remain on a device for a longer period or until they expire or are deleted.

Websites may also use technologies that function similarly to cookies, including pixels, tags, local storage, or other technologies used to recognize a browser or device or understand website activity.

In this Cookie Policy, references to “cookies” may include cookies and similar technologies where appropriate.

2. How BraveHouse Uses Cookies

BraveHouse may use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation, security, functionality, and performance of the BraveHouse website.

Cookies may help enable website features, maintain user sessions, remember preferences, support account or login functionality, process interactions with website services, and provide a more consistent visitor experience.

BraveHouse may also use cookies or information generated through similar technologies to understand general website usage, identify technical issues, evaluate website performance, and improve content, navigation, features, and services.

The specific cookies used may vary depending on the features, applications, integrations, and third-party services enabled on the BraveHouse website at a particular time.

BraveHouse does not use cookies as a means of guaranteeing the identity of an individual visitor, and information obtained through cookies is handled in accordance with the BraveHouse Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3. Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are used when necessary to enable the BraveHouse website and its core features to function properly and securely.

These cookies may support functions such as website security, fraud prevention, network management, user authentication, account access, session management, payment or checkout functionality, and other services requested by a visitor.

Because essential cookies are necessary for certain website functions, disabling or blocking them through a browser or device may cause portions of the BraveHouse website or particular features to function incorrectly or become unavailable.

The specific essential cookies used may depend on the Wix platform, BraveHouse website configuration, and the features or services enabled on the website at a particular time.

4. Analytics and Performance Cookies

BraveHouse may use analytics and performance cookies or similar technologies to better understand how visitors interact with the website and how the website performs.

These technologies may collect information such as pages visited, general navigation patterns, interactions with website features, approximate session duration, device or browser information, referring sources, and technical performance data.

This information may be used to evaluate website traffic and engagement, identify technical problems, understand which content or features are useful to visitors, and improve the performance, usability, and overall experience of the BraveHouse website.

Analytics and performance information may be collected or processed through Wix or other analytics and technology providers used by BraveHouse.

The availability and use of non-essential analytics or performance cookies may depend on visitor choices, website configuration, and applicable legal requirements.

5. Functional and Preference Cookies

Functional and preference cookies may be used to remember choices made by visitors and provide enhanced or more personalized website functionality.

These cookies may help remember preferences such as language, display settings, account or session information, previously selected options, or other settings that improve a visitor's experience when returning to or navigating the BraveHouse website.

Some functional cookies may be provided through Wix or through third-party applications, integrations, or services enabled on the BraveHouse website.

If functional or preference cookies are disabled, certain website features may not remember previous choices or may not operate as intended.

The specific functional and preference cookies used may change as BraveHouse updates its website, features, integrations, and technology providers.

6. Third-Party Services and Cookies

The BraveHouse website may use third-party services, applications, integrations, payment providers, analytics tools, video or media services, social media features, or other technologies that may place or use their own cookies or similar technologies.

Because the BraveHouse website is built and hosted using Wix, Wix may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with website security, functionality, performance, analytics, user sessions, and other platform services.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, cookie policies, and terms. BraveHouse does not independently control the cookies or data practices of unaffiliated third-party providers.

The particular third-party services used on the BraveHouse website may change as website features and integrations are added, removed, or updated.

Visitors are encouraged to review the applicable privacy and cookie information provided by third-party services when they interact directly with those services through the BraveHouse website.

7. Your Cookie Choices

Depending on your location and the technologies used on the BraveHouse website, you may be provided with options to accept, reject, or manage certain non-essential cookies through a cookie banner, consent tool, or preference settings.

You may also be able to control or delete cookies through your browser or device settings. The methods available vary by browser and device.

Blocking or deleting certain cookies may affect how the BraveHouse website functions, and some features, preferences, account functions, or services may not operate as intended.

Essential cookies that are necessary to provide requested website functions or maintain website security may operate differently from optional cookies and may not be subject to the same preference controls.

Your available privacy and cookie rights may vary depending on applicable law and your location. Additional information about BraveHouse privacy practices is available in the BraveHouse Privacy Policy.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

BraveHouse is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible online experience and to making its website, content, programs, and digital resources reasonably accessible to as many people as possible.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process and that technologies, standards, individual needs, and website content continue to evolve. BraveHouse seeks to identify and address accessibility barriers within its reasonable control and to improve the usability of its digital experiences over time.
This Accessibility Statement describes BraveHouse's accessibility efforts, limitations that may arise, and ways visitors can request assistance or provide feedback regarding accessibility.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

BraveHouse is committed to treating people with dignity and providing reasonable access to its website, digital content, and online services.
We seek to consider accessibility as we develop, maintain, and update our website and digital experiences, recognizing that visitors may access content using different devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and methods of interaction.
Our goal is to improve accessibility where reasonably possible and to respond constructively when visitors identify barriers that interfere with their ability to access BraveHouse content or services.
Because websites, technologies, integrations, and accessibility needs continually change, BraveHouse does not represent that every page, feature, document, or third-party integration will be fully accessible in every circumstance.

2. Accessibility Efforts

BraveHouse seeks to improve the accessibility and usability of its website through reasonable design, content, and technology practices.
Accessibility efforts may include maintaining readable text and color contrast, organizing content with clear headings and structure, supporting keyboard navigation where available, providing descriptive text for meaningful images when appropriate, and considering accessibility when adding or updating website content.
BraveHouse may also use accessibility features and tools made available through Wix, the platform used to build and host the BraveHouse website.
Accessibility practices may be reviewed and adjusted as the website develops, new content or features are introduced, and accessibility technologies or standards evolve.
While BraveHouse works toward improving accessibility, some content, features, documents, or integrations may not yet provide the same level of accessibility in every circumstance.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

The BraveHouse website may contain or integrate content, applications, payment services, videos, forms, learning platforms, social media features, or other services provided by third parties.
BraveHouse does not independently control the design, accessibility features, technical operation, or accessibility practices of unaffiliated third-party platforms and services.
Although BraveHouse may seek to select and use third-party services that support a positive user experience, accessibility limitations may exist within content or technology provided or controlled by those third parties.
Visitors who experience difficulty accessing a third-party feature through the BraveHouse website are encouraged to contact BraveHouse so that we can reasonably assist, identify an alternative when available, or direct the visitor to the applicable third-party provider.

4. Ongoing Improvements

BraveHouse recognizes that digital accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.
As the BraveHouse website, programs, content, technology, and digital resources develop, we may review and improve accessibility features, formatting, navigation, content structure, and other aspects of the user experience.
Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on identified barriers, visitor feedback, available technology, the nature of the content or service, and the resources reasonably available to BraveHouse.
We welcome constructive feedback that helps us identify accessibility barriers and opportunities to improve access to BraveHouse content and services.
BraveHouse will continue to make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility as its digital presence evolves.

5. Accessibility Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing information, content, a feature, or a service on the BraveHouse website because of an accessibility barrier, you may contact BraveHouse to request reasonable assistance.
When contacting us, please identify the page, content, feature, or service you were attempting to access and describe the accessibility difficulty you experienced.
When reasonably possible, BraveHouse will work to provide the requested information or assistance through an accessible alternative method or help identify another available way to access the applicable content or service.
The availability and nature of an alternative format or accommodation may depend on the content, technology, request, and circumstances involved.

6. Feedback and Reporting Accessibility Issues

BraveHouse welcomes feedback regarding the accessibility of its website, digital content, and online services.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please provide enough information for BraveHouse to reasonably identify and review the issue, such as the relevant page or feature, the nature of the difficulty, and the device, browser, or assistive technology involved when relevant.
BraveHouse may use accessibility feedback to identify potential improvements, evaluate website features, and address barriers within its reasonable control.
While BraveHouse cannot guarantee that every reported issue can be resolved immediately or in every circumstance, accessibility concerns will be considered in good faith as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the digital experience.

7. Contact Information
