Welcome to BraveHouse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BraveHouse website, programs, memberships, coaching services, events, and related offerings provided by BraveHouse International and BraveHouse Collective LLC ("BraveHouse," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services, memberships, or participate in BraveHouse programs unless written permission is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

 

Coaching is designed to support personal and professional growth.

BraveHouse does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or licensed counseling services. Coaching should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

4. Memberships

 

BraveHouse Collective is a recurring monthly membership.

Membership includes access to member benefits while your subscription remains active.

Members may cancel at any time. Membership benefits end at the conclusion of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

BraveHouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or community standards.

5. Coaching Packages

 

Coaching packages begin once payment is received.

Sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe specified in your coaching agreement.

Missed appointments without proper notice may be considered forfeited.

Coaching fees are non-refundable.

6. Payments

 

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring memberships will automatically renew until canceled.

You authorize BraveHouse to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Refund Policy

 

Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final.

This includes:

  • Memberships

  • Courses

  • Digital products

  • Events

  • Workshops

  • Downloads

No refunds will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website is the property of BraveHouse or its licensors.

This includes:

Members agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the community.

  • Avoid posting unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

  • Respect the intellectual property of BraveHouse and other members.

BraveHouse reserves the right to remove any member who violates these standards.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BraveHouse during the twelve months preceding the claim.
