Cancellation Policy

BraveHouse Booking Policy Thank you for choosing BraveHouse. By booking any service, including a Coaching Discovery Call, Inquiry Session, Prophetic Mentorship Session, or Prophetic Intensive, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms. Booking & Payment Appointments must be booked through the BraveHouse scheduling system. Where applicable, full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Arrival Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other scheduled appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows may forfeit the appointment. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at BraveHouse's sole discretion. Refund Policy All coaching, mentorship sessions, and intensives are non-refundable. Your appointment reserves dedicated time and preparation specifically for you. Discovery Calls & Inquiry Sessions Discovery Calls and Inquiry Sessions are designed to determine whether BraveHouse is the right fit for your goals. Booking one of these sessions does not guarantee acceptance into coaching, mentorship, membership, or any future BraveHouse services. Nature of Services BraveHouse provides faith-based coaching and prophetic mentorship intended to encourage personal growth, leadership, spiritual development, and purpose. These services are not professional counseling, psychotherapy, medical, legal, or financial advice and should not replace licensed professional care. Prophetic insight, prayer, encouragement, and biblical guidance are offered for spiritual support and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future events or outcomes. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Confidentiality Information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect someone's safety. Respectful Conduct BraveHouse is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. Inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of a session and refusal of future services without refund. You agree to the Booking Policy.
